I so love this store, 3 dollars for a graphic novel! Random or not, it still is a great offer. Lately I’ve been reading more graphic novels, but can’t always afford to check out the many interesting stories I’d want read. With this offer, I can easily get 5 for the cheap price of 15!

Whether or not I’m lucky to win again, I know I’ll be checking out these grab bags with my next buy :).

Thank you TFAW for another awesome offer :D.

  • I had a lot of comics as a kid, and many of them were either destroyed from reading, lost to “under the bed world” or thrown out by the parents for unknown reasons. While I can’t ever expect to replace my collection from yesteryear I can relive some of that newsstand days where I’d pick up comics with my allowance. Especially now that major publishers have raised their prices to $3.99, 50 cents brings back a lot of that nostalgia.

It’s even better now that I can get whole story lines for less than the cover price of a floppy.

  • Can you buy manga at $3 a pop?

The old joke is that a manga habit is more expensive than crack. But this isn’t just any manga, but Dark Horse manga. From the product page, I see that I can order 10 at a time and not get duplicates, so that is huge! Most of my DH titles are listed for $10 or $15. Start buying for Christmas or Halloween.

    Thanks TFAW!

In today’s economy everyone is looking to save money. This effort by TFAW to give customers more bang for their hard earned bucks is why i shop at TFAW. This helps to promote books as an alternative to other media (movies, amusement parks etc). I get GNs when i miss a chapter to a mini-series and have hours of reading enjoyment. And i recall reading about some comic that was like 3.99 and had only 16 or something pages of actual comic – that stinks. TFAW – doesn’t stink. Quote me.

I read this and the first thing I did was check my wallet, I want 3 already. I am looking to read new comics, and this is the best way I have ever heard of doing it. Ill try some Dark Horse finally, maybe get lucky and get an old Green Lantern trade from DC or a What If? collection from Marvel. I dont want to know how each story ends ahead of time (why new trades are not as much fun), I want to read them like there new, because to me they will be. Thank you for doing this.

$3 bucks for a Grab Bag Graphic Novel?!? That may just be the next best thing to staying on the Tilt-O-Whirl till you puke your brains out.

Opening the bag when it gets to the mail box is like taking your date to a chick flick and catching previews to Iron Man 2, Thor and the live action Avengers movie. Guess what we’re going to see next, honey-bunny!

This just keeps getting better and better. In times where I am looking to slim my pull list and focus on a few titles, you guys go and make it so easy to pick up new titles. I am so glad I decided to pick up comics as a hobby.

  • TFAW is giving us Valentine’s presents! Or maybe it’s Christmas in February? I love surprises – especially when they’re affordable.

although, i’ve just found TFAW a couple weeks ago, (while searching for some dark horse comics, especially hellboy), i could experience in such a short period, that TFAW has a very customer-friendly environment, which is missing from almost every other online stores.
i was happy, when i found the nick and dent option, but now i know, that TFAW has some other surprises in “its” pocket. thanks a lot!

We need some DC Grab Bags! We have 2 major publishers already selling grab bags, so why not complete the triad?
